We, of course, were late...
These are a die-hard, but fun-loving group from all over, NH, MA, RI, even OH!
Now, I have never had the urge to stick vinyl on my stang... but, the NER club does it since that is what these rally drivers do to promote their club and sponsors (check out the upcoming 2008 Rally - 1500 Miles - 6 States - 3 Days).
Sooooo.... We took a deep breath and peeled back the paper and...
Had a freakin' blast!
Not once did the weather cooperate, it POURED all day long! Funny, it never once dampened ANYONE'S spirit! We all had a great time.
It didn't matter if you drove a Stang, 350hp GTO, or economical Toyota (his turbocharged Suburu wasn't ready in time), everyone was treated like family.
Sean, the NER president and his charming wife Karoline, were amazing hosts with an abundance of luncheon foods and AWESOME chocolates (hand-made by Karoline)!
The route was well planned and a lot of fun.
We will be riding with these folks again for sure!
